Kameron’s genetics originate in Peru and Chile. Her pedigree include Sinopsis Nocturna and Cambri from Chile, as well as, PPeruvian Victor, PPPeruvian Ayabaca, and Peruvian Heminway from Peru.
She has produced three lovely offspring that include Heartbreaker, Kings, and Showstopper who is a Color Champion with 12 show ribbons. Kameron is in the top 25% for EPD ratings that include average fiber diameter (AFD), spin fineness (SF), percentage of fibers > 30 micros, and mean curvature (MC).
Kameron is known for the longevity in retaining fiber fineness. At almost fourteen years old she still maintains a micron count of less than 30 microns. For a dam of this age with multiple crias, she shows the right alpaca can continue to produce fineness year after year.
Kameron was bred to Fun in the Country’s Genesis of Guns and she is expecting a cria in August of 2022. Genesis is a show boy and has five blue ribbons to his name, so we are excited to see what he and Kameron produce.
